What You’ll Do

  • Lead and facilitate collaborative design sessions, fostering ideation and driving key design decisions.
  • Translate established patterns and design systems into elegant solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.
  • Visualize complex ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes, providing appropriate documentation.
  • Manage design activities, set project expectations, and maintain design schedules, communicating status effectively.
  • Conduct primary design activities, create high‑quality deliverables, and perform expert‑level quality assurance.
  • Actively participate in and support user research efforts to deepen understanding of user needs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional partners, providing strategic feedback and guiding delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Champion user empathy, consistently seeking to understand user needs and innovate solutions that enhance their experience.

Must‑Have Skills

  • Expertise in foundational User Experience (UX) principles.
  • Proven experience in executing high‑fidelity design deliverables.
