The Marketing Manager leads the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives across Molo Companies. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through integrated marketing programs, digital strategy, promotional campaigns, and market insights. The Marketing Manager collaborates with teams in Retail, Mechanical, and other divisions to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution that aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
Brand & Content Management
Maintain brand integrity across all marketing channels and initiatives.
Create and manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application.
Develop content using internal resources and industry sources.
Digital Marketing
Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, analytics, email marketing, and social media.
Maintain and optimize company websites for UX, content strategy, SEO, and daily updates.
Develop and execute the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms.
Campaign & Promotion Execution
Radio ad creation and distribution to radio stations
Pump screen, high-rise, and internal screen ad creation
Billboard creation and sizing
Patron points campaign materials
Trifold design and production
New cup creatives
Company retreat invitation designs
Window clings promotions
Build, launch, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social channels.
Plan and support promotional initiatives across all divisions.
Coordinate and participate in trade shows, events, and sponsorship activities.
Market Insights & Analytics
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, and sales data to inform strategy.
Utilize forecasting and planning tools to support product, service, and pricing decisions.
Lead Generation & Growth Initiatives
Identify opportunities to increase value using digital tools, content, and analytics.
Develop and manage the company promotions and events calendar with measurable ROI.
Partner with teams to align marketing activities with goals.
Collaboration & Relationship Management
Work closely with Operations and leadership teams.
Maintain strong relationships with agencies and vendors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making abilities.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital platforms.
Active listening, social perceptiveness, and persuasive communication.
Excellent time management and project management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
At least 3 years of professional marketing experience; management experience preferred.
Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
Creative thinker with analytical mindset and attention to detail.
