Influencer Marketing Internship

Outcast is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Summer Influencer Marketing Intern to join our fast-moving team. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of culture, fashion, and content - helping shape how our brand shows up through the creators and communities that matter most. From building influencer lists and managing gifting to coordinating event coverage, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Outcast world to life.
This is a part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm), ideal for a soon-to-graduate or recently graduated candidate, or someone looking for a summer role while building a career in influencer marketing and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities

Work with the events and brand marketing team to coordinate influencer attendance and coverage at Outcast events.
Build and curate influencer lists for campaigns, events, and collection launches that align with the Outcast brand.
Monitor competitor influencer strategies and stay across emerging trends across social media.
Set up, organise, and attend off-site events - including evenings and weekends as required.
Attend internal meetings, create and deliver presentations, prepare reports, and manage calendars.
Place gifting orders and upload creators to Tribe / Creator IQ on a weekly basis.
Track and monitor all gifting orders from dispatch through to delivery.
Manage and maintain the Showroom Closet.
Support the team in developing creator briefs that clearly outline content expectations and deliverables.
Skills & Experience

Soon-to-graduate or recently graduated in marketing, communications, fashion, or a related field.
Genuine passion for fashion, pop culture, and staying ahead of social media trends.
Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
A creative thinker who can approach problems and campaigns with fresh ideas.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Available to work 2–3 days per week between Monday and Friday 10am–6pm.
Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events when required.
