About the Role
We’re looking for a
Social Media Graphic Designer
with a sharp eye for modern digital aesthetics and a strong understanding of how premium brands show up visually online. In this role, you’ll create polished, scroll-stopping creative for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest while helping translate the Seeking brand into engaging social-first storytelling.
Working closely with our social media and marketing teams, you’ll design high-quality visuals that support campaigns, promotions, and ongoing brand content. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design fundamentals with an instinct for internet culture, visual trends, and the creative styles that drive engagement across social media.
This is a fast-moving marketing environment where you’ll bring ideas to life through thoughtful design while contributing creative input alongside the broader marketing and social teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually compelling content for
social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Edit and enhance photography to maintain a polished, premium brand aesthetic
Create engaging graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling elements for social posts, stories, and campaigns
Edit short-form video content using
CapCut, Premiere, or similar editing tools
Assist with
content capture (photo and video)
when needed
Develop and maintain scalable
social design templates and visual systems , including working within Canva
Collaborate with the social team to support the planning and execution of
social content calendars
Work closely with marketing to translate campaign ideas and brand messaging into compelling visual content
Stay immersed in
social media trends, internet culture, and digital design styles
to keep creative relevant and engaging
Organize and manage creative assets for efficient team collaboration
Use engagement and performance insights to refine creative approaches and improve content performance
Design content optimized for the
unique formats and behaviors of each social platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Design, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of professional experience in
graphic design, digital design, or social media design
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop
Experience working in
Canva or similar social design platforms
Experience editing short-form video content for social media
Strong understanding of
visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color
Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of
modern social media visual culture
Excellent attention to detail in image editing, composition, and brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing environment
Ability to travel occasionally for photoshoots, content capture, or brand initiatives as needed
Portfolio demonstrating social media design, digital marketing graphics, or lifestyle brand creative is required. Please include examples of social-first content such as Instagram, TikTok, or digital campaign assets. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Experience designing for
lifestyle, fashion, beauty, luxury, entertainment, or dating brands
Experience designing for
consumer apps or social platforms
Comfortable capturing basic
photo or video content for social media
Basic motion design or typography animation skills
Familiarity with
AI-assisted design tools and modern creative workflows
Experience developing
scalable social templates or asset libraries
