The Associate Producer supports the planning and execution of photo, video, and live-stream productions across a diverse slate of artist and campaign projects. Embedded within the Content Production team, this role ensures day-to-day production logistics are organized, documented, and executed with precision.

Reporting into Senior Production leadership, the Associate Producer acts as an operational bridge between Creative, Studio, Post Production, and external vendors. This role is responsible for maintaining schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring all moving parts of a production remain aligned from pre-production through final delivery.

This is a highly organized, detail-driven role for a production professional who thrives in structured environments and enjoys solving logistical challenges while supporting creative excellence.

How You’ll CREATE:

  • Support Producers in coordinating pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.

  • Build and maintain detailed production schedules, call sheets, and documentation.

  • Coordinate studio bookings, crew assignments, equipment needs, and vendor logistics.

  • Track deliverables and ensure all production milestones are met on time.

  • Manage internal communication across Creative, Studio Operations, and Post teams.

  • Assist in budget tracking and expense documentation under Producer oversight.

  • Prepare shoot briefs and ensure all stakeholders are aligned prior to production.

  • Oversee asset handoffs between capture and post-production teams.

  • Maintain organized records of project files, contracts, and production paperwork.

  • Troubleshoot logistical issues in real time to prevent production delays.

  • Contribute to refining production workflows and operational best practices.

Bring your VIBE:

  • 3–6 years of experience in production coordination within music, entertainment, agency, or commercial environments.

  • Strong understanding of production logistics across photo, video, or digital campaigns.

  • Experience building schedules, call sheets, and managing multi-stakeholder workflows.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across creative and operational teams.

  • Working knowledge of production budgeting and vendor coordination.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
