The Senior Digital Advertising Manager is the central hub for cross-channel digital campaign execution and operational performance across a portfolio of accounts. This role serves as the client’s key point of contact for all day‑to‑day operational matters for owned channels, ensuring flawless delivery of the Account Director’s high‑level strategic focus and the Operational Lead’s channel strategy and best practices.

For small to mid‑size clients, this role may operate as the primary channel contact for assigned channels, alongside operational executives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Client Liaison:

Serve as the primary client contact for all cross‑channel campaign performance, reporting, timelines, and execution details.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee channels and operational executives to ensure all campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality, adhering to best practices and campaign KPIs.

Performance & Execution:

Act as the cross‑channel operational expert, troubleshooting complex execution challenges and ensuring all campaign activities are aligned with strategy. Provide hands‑on support for campaign optimization, testing, PCA, and other strategic needs. Establish innovation and testing roadmaps to ensure operational account growth.

Operational Efficiency:

Champion the use of proprietary AI technology to automate tasks and streamline workflows, maximizing operational efficiency.

Strategic Collaboration:

Partner closely with Account Directors to provide operational insights and data that inform strategic planning and effective measurement. Ensure tactical execution is viable and aligned with the client’s goals.

Team & Workflow Management:

Manage the flow of work and communication between the client and internal operational teams, ensuring briefs are clear and deliverables are met.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across a minimum of two channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Retail Media, and/or Affiliates.

Strong experience in Paid Search as a core channel, with proven hands‑on execution and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Proven track record of meeting digital campaign performance KPIs.

A working understanding of tracking, tagging, and measurement fundamentals (UTM tagging, Google Analytics, platform tracking).

Excellent analytical skills with a data‑first approach to campaign strategy, performance, optimization, and decision‑making.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience liaising directly with clients.

Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse campaigns and channels.

Ad platform certifications are a plus.

A genuine interest in digital marketing and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
