What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of CFS to our clients. You will sell our staffing and recruiting services by:
Developing and growing new business accounts
Building lasting relationships with clients across industries
Managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting to account management
Connecting via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
Delivering win-win solutions that drive success for clients and candidates
Who You Are

You're a natural connector and closer with:

2+ years of proven sales success
A passion for selling and relationship-building
Strong communication skills, confident communicating across all levels
A self-starter mindset with a competitive edge
A great sense of humor and team spirit
What You Get

Compensation:

Base salary + uncapped commission. The average employee in the company makes $65,000-100,000 in Y1, $70,000-100,000+ in Y2.
