This role demands a proactive communicator who can navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and translate complex ERP concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences — from front-line employees to executive sponsors and external partners.

Content development & brand governance
- Create and refine a full suite of program communications materials including message maps, talking points, FAQs, email templates, intranet content, and visual assets.
- Ensure all content adheres to enterprise messaging standards and brand guidelines; maintain a central content repository accessible to all program workstreams.
- Write with clarity and precision for multiple formats and audiences, adapting tone and complexity accordingly.
Channel management & delivery
- Manage communication delivery across enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email, and live/virtual sessions.
- Coordinate with IT and platform administrators to ensure timely publishing, access management, and content governance.
- Monitor channel effectiveness and adjust delivery approaches based on engagement data and stakeholder feedback.
Feedback & continuous improvement
- Design and deploy feedback mechanisms (e.g., pulse surveys, listening sessions, analytics) to capture stakeholder sentiment and measure communication effectiveness.
- Synthesize feedback data into actionable insights; iterate on messaging and channel strategy to improve clarity, relevance, and impact.
- Provide regular reporting to program leadership on communications KPIs and engagement trends.
Collaboration & governance
- Participate in regular syncs with the Communications, Change Management, and COE teams to align on timing, content, and delivery strategy.
