Senior Art Director

to join its team onsite in Hiawatha, IA.

As the

Senior Art Director , you will lead the creative process day-to-day, shaping ideas into compelling visual work across channels while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders. You'll maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure every deliverable is aligned with client goals and brand standards.

Job Duties:
• Lead creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Translate communication strategies and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop and present design concepts across a range of channels, tailoring work to meet both client objectives and audience needs
• Review and approve creative deliverables before submission to leadership, ensuring alignment with brand standards, strategic objectives, and quality expectations
• Own the visual direction and execution of projects, maintaining high standards of design quality, consistency, and brand integrity
• Ensure all final deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and established guidelines across print and digital assets

Job Requirements:
• Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, visual communication, or related field required
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related creative role
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience leading creative projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
