High-Performance Brand Packaging Designer

We're looking for a high-performance Brand Packaging Designer who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality.
You'll own the packaging experience across our apparel product lines—creating everything from labels and tags to bags and boxes that elevate the brand and customer unboxing experience.
This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role. If you thrive under pressure, follow direction precisely, and consistently deliver polished work at speed, you'll do well here.
What You'll Own

Design and execute packaging across apparel product lines (tags, labels, boxes, bags)
Translate brand identity into cohesive, premium packaging systems
Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring concepts to life
Take projects from brief → concept → production-ready files
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight turnaround times
Ensure all files are print-ready, accurate, and aligned with production requirements
Continuously refine and elevate packaging based on trends and performance
