Temporary Graphic Designer

Entech Staffing is seeking an experienced

Graphic Designer

for a temporary assignment lasting

8-10 weeks , beginning immediately. This part-time role (up to

20 hours per week ) is based primarily on a client site in

Dearborn, Michigan , and is designed to provide coverage for an employee on leave.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional with strong graphic design expertise, leadership ability, and strategic thinking skills to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment. A flexible work schedule will be arranged within standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project workflow to ensure graphic design projects are organized, efficient, and delivered on time
Maintain high standards of design quality and brand consistency across all materials
Oversee the day-to-day functional operations of the Print Shop
Lead or contribute to special projects, including:

Developing new intake workflows and responsive request forms
Recommending and improving digital asset management (DAM) processes/systems
Providing additional strategic and creative expertise as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Proven graphic design experience, demonstrated through a professional portfolio
Experience leading teams and managing brand consistency in a small design shop or similar environment
Strong collaboration skills with a friendly, team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid understanding of integrated print, digital, and web design workflows
Proficiency in Mac-based environments and Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: $30/hr
