Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the development and execution of visual design concepts that support marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. The role focuses on producing and overseeing high-quality creative assets for print and digital platforms, including advertisements, brochures, publications, posters, and signage. The position requires advanced design expertise, the ability to manage complex projects, and the capability to provide creative direction while ensuring alignment with brand standards. Candidates must be able to work independently, mentor junior team members when needed, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and project leadership.
Key responsibilities include designing and overseeing the development of visual assets for print and digital platforms including advertisements, brochures, posters, and marketing materials; leading the creation of production-ready files ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications; providing creative direction and ensuring consistency across all design deliverables; collaborating with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to develop and execute design strategies; reviewing and refining design work to ensure adherence to brand standards and quality expectations; managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; mentoring and providing guidance to junior design staff as applicable; and maintaining organized project files, workflows, and version control for all deliverables.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, minimum 6 years of professional experience in graphic design roles, advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, extensive experience producing high-quality print and digital design assets, and demonstrated ability to lead creative projects and manage complex design workflows.
Skills include advanced understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy; strong creative direction and conceptual development skills; excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to interpret strategic direction and translate into effective visual solutions; proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; and experience working on Apple Mac systems preferred.
Availability is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours may be required based on project demands. Compensation is $33.00 per hour.
