Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position based in Charlotte, NC, for an Audio Visual Technician. The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio visual equipment, including lighting systems and video conferencing tools. Technicians will ensure the successful execution of events by working closely with clients to meet project requirements and maintain equipment functionality. Responsibilities also include problem-solving technical issues and ensuring professional service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and related technologies

Experience in Troubleshooting and maintaining AV equipment performance

Knowledge and practical experience with Video Conferencing

Understanding of Lighting systems for various event settings

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Previous experience in event support or similar roles preferred
