We’re seeking a high-level Web Developer who will work on end‑to‑end website planning, development, and optimization within a mission‑focused team. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who can develop custom code and ensure a seamless user experience across a video‑centric Joomla site. This role requires hands‑on expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern SEO best practices, along with the ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and extend site functionality.

End-to-end website planning and development

Custom code development

Search Engine Optimization best practices

User Experience

Ability to work as a solo web developer within a small team

Using PHP

Using HTML and CSS

JavaScript

Joomla

Familiarity with writing or modifying Joomla Modules

Familiarity with AllVideoShare plug-in and/or Joommedia
