Field Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary
This role supports the Regional Marketing Manager with key initiatives and programs to drive growth of our leading hardscapes, masonry and dry mix concrete products. Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing deliverables such as promotional items, flyers and brochures, signage, POP displays, invitations, and handouts for training events. The role also works with local sales teams, training team, and Regional Marketing Manager team to coordinate details such as PPT presentations, training videos, and provide administrative assistance.

Job Location
This position is hybrid and located at our Corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities

Work with the Regional Marketing team and participate in the planning phase of local training events and coordinate details related to the registration process, invitation creation, signage needs, handouts, and promotional material.

Create turn‑key templates for training events such as agendas, name badges, and signage.

Coordinate details related to the submittal of training agendas to industry associations for CEU credit approval and process attendee information for CEUs at the close of training.

Assist the Field Marketing team with requests from the field such as logos, photography files, literature, product color swatches, product labels, and cut sheets.

Identify process improvements to streamline marketing requests from the field.

Assist the training team with details related to training content such as PPTs, project video shoots, and posting content internally.

Assist with other marketing projects as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant education/experience.

Previous event planning or project management experience.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present event ideas and plans to management.

Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings, events, and trade shows.
