About The Role
Tebra is seeking an

AI Content Senior Manager (Organic Marketing)

to own our LLM-first organic strategy. This role focuses on making Tebra visible and cited in AI-driven channels (LLMs, Google AIO, SERP features) and ensuring that visibility translates into pipeline.

You’ll lead the creation and refresh of structured content that is modular, semantically rich, and optimized for AI/LLM extraction. You will partner closely with the Content Marketing, SEO, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to build scalable workflows by leveraging AI tools, enforce structured content standards, and maintain content velocity. Success means Tebra consistently and increasingly surfaces in AI/LLM results.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Roadmap

Develop and execute a content roadmap that aligns with business goals and drives pipeline growth.

Translate SEO inputs into published content with clear funnel narratives and CTAs.

Identify high-value BOFU content gaps (comparisons, ROI, implementation FAQs) and manage the build of assets to close the gaps.

Content Development and Refreshes

Use AI tools to draft content, brainstorm topics, and generate personalized variations for different audiences.

Lead structured refreshes of existing content, with a focus on AI extractability, semantic alignment, and conversion.

Create high-quality MOFU/BOFU content that balances SEO optimization with a conversion-focused approach.

Partner with Creative and Web teams to create product explainers, calculators, and embed proof points into content.

Workflow and Enablement

Enforce AI-first workflows to automate content planning, briefing, drafting, and approval.

Leverage AI Tools (AirOps, Clearscope, Gemini) to increase speed, consistency, and output without sacrificing quality.

Maintain editorial guidelines and knowledge base for both freelancers and AI-assisted workflows.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with SEO to ensure content is semantically rich, discoverable, and citation ready.

Work with Product Marketing to integrate product information, differentiation, and proof points.

Work with the customer marketing team to infuse authentic proof points and testimonials in BOFU content.

Collaborate with Social Media to distribute content across owned channels.

Measurement and Reporting

Track and report on KPIs: Share of citation and pipeline influence.

Establish reporting on refresh velocity.

Stay current with LLM/SEO trends and best practices in an AI-driven content strategy.

Qualifications

7+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or SEO-driven editorial roles (B2B SaaS, healthcare a plus).

Proven track record creating MOFU/BOFU content.

Familiarity with managing and creating AI-assisted workflows (AirOps, Clearscope, Gemini).

Strong editorial judgment, storytelling, organizational, and project management skills.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with SEO, Product Marketing, Web, and Creative teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Zone 1 (National Average): $113,000 USD - $129,500 USD
