## Description**Summary:** Reporting to the Vice President of Client Engagement and based at the St. Charles, MO headquarters, the Business Development Manager is responsible for managing DMF’s lead generation strategy and executing lead development initiatives to drive new business growth.**Responsibilities Include:*** Collaborate with executive and marketing leadership to develop and execute strategies that generate new leads, including target markets, brand initiatives, industry events, social media, and marketing materials.* Identify and qualify new leads, build detailed client profiles in the CRM, and transition qualified leads to the Strategic Sales team for further assessment and proposal development.* Support Strategic Sales and Account Management teams with new business opportunities and relationship management, ensuring smooth transitions as prospects become active clients.**About Distribution Management**:

To learn more, visit .## Qualifications**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred) with 5+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in e-commerce/fulfillment.* Ability to engage professionally with executives and business owners, demonstrating strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.* Experience in fulfillment, solution sales, and international sales highly preferred.* Willingness to travel 4–8 nights per month for client meetings, industry events, and site visits, sometimes with SVP/VP Sales or Operations.* Maintain expert-level knowledge of the industry, trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
