Fast Friends is looking for a Marketing Manager to work with our team across multiple aspects of the business including our record label, management division and brand expansion. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small but driven team who are intent on impacting culture globally and consistently punching above their weight. You will report into the Director of Operations & Head of Label. Key Responsibilities
Supporting marketing campaign ideation and creative direction
Curating and growing and thriving suite of social media pages (e.g. fan pages, cultural niche pages, mood pages, aesthetic pages) that impact music release campaigns by causing sounds to trend and artists reach new audiences
Setting up/run/optimise simple digital ad campaigns across key platforms (Meta / YouTube / Spotify / TikTok)
Owning the delivery and optimization of YouTube release content
Maintaining artist bios, one-sheets, and smart links
Tracking and submit marketing forms for DSPs, radio, and other platforms
Coordinating press (PR agency outreach, asset collection, drafts, and approvals)
Supporting influencer campaigns via direct outreach or coordination with third-party agencies
Monitoring and track paid ad performance and flag optimization opportunities
Using platform analytics to identify trends, optimal posting times, and audience insights
Flagging and escalating campaign risks, blockers, or pivots to senior management
Supporting the building and management of online communities around our artists
Pulling and circulating campaign updates and reports from external partners
Drafting and sending artist-facing comms and internal updates
Managing the company’s brand social channels and supporting brand marketing as needed
Quality assuring all campaign touchpoints (e.g., DSP profiles, links, playlists, YouTube metadata)
Proactively developing rapport with artists and management teams to support collaborative campaign execution and enable independent idea contribution
Performing administrative tasks related to your role including digital filing and asset library management
Experience and Skills Required
2+ years experience in a position that has allowed you to demonstrate the responsibilities identified above, preferably in the music or entertainment industry
Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and best practices
Fluency with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Google Calendars, Notion, Dropbox, Canva, FlowStage, CapCut
Experience with creator economy and community engagement platforms such as Patreon, Substack, Wattpad, Discord
Track record of multitasking many ongoing projects with meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow through.
Happy to work remotely/independently as well as within a team/office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Passionate about music and the music industry
