Position Details: Full-Time | Exempt
Location: Corporate Office – Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway) – Relocating to West Plano July 2026
Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and market expertise.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, with a focus on recruitment or employer brand marketing.
Proven experience managing paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Experience working in a multi‑location or high‑growth services organization.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical or clinical information into candidate‑facing messaging.
Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar).
Experience with marketing automation, email platforms, and CMS systems.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and source‑of‑hire reporting.
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, autism services, or other licensed‑clinician environments preferred.
Experience supporting recruitment for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles preferred.
Experience supporting conferences, career fairs, or industry events through digital and lead‑nurture strategies preferred.
Your Role and What You’ll Do
The Digital Marketing Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives designed to attract high‑quality clinical talent across the organization. The role plays a critical part in driving applicant growth for BCBAs, RBTs, and pipeline talent through performance marketing, SEO, employer branding, content strategy, and candidate engagement initiatives.
This individual will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Clinical Operations, Learning & Development, and external partners to develop scalable, data‑driven recruitment marketing strategies that support organizational growth across multiple markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of hands‑on digital marketing expertise, recruitment funnel optimization, analytics, and employer brand experience within a high‑growth or multi‑location environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital recruitment marketing strategies that increase qualified clinician applicant flow and strengthen talent pipelines.
Lead SEO strategy and optimization efforts for the careers website and clinician‑facing digital content.
Create and manage clinician‑focused content strategies, including employee stories, career resources, and employer brand messaging.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid recruitment campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and job board platforms.
Manage agency partners, external vendors, campaign budgets, and performance expectations to achieve ROI and hiring goals.
Build and execute geo‑targeted recruitment campaigns supporting new market launches, expansion efforts, and hard‑to‑fill roles.
Oversee careers site enhancements, landing pages, lead capture forms, and campaign tracking infrastructure to improve candidate conversion rates.
Manage social media initiatives that support talent attraction and employer brand visibility.
Develop and execute email nurture campaigns for clinician candidates and pipeline prospects.
Monitor and manage employer reputation platforms, including Glassdoor, Indeed, and Comparably, while supporting review response and brand reputation strategies.
Build dashboards and reporting tools to track recruitment marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and ROI.
Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to analyze source‑of‑hire data and optimize top‑of‑funnel recruiting strategies.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Clinical Operations and Learning & Development teams to translate programs and career growth opportunities into compelling candidate‑facing marketing assets.
Ensure compliance with internal brand standards, digital marketing best practices, and applicable regulations.
