Responsibilities

Support the Buying and Planning team to establish the optimal commercial assortment for the North America business.

Develop seasonal product assortment strategies that align with planning sales targets, SKU counts, productivity and product trends.

Review product assortments with the Buyer to ensure integration of brand vision and protect historical volume drivers.

Partner with planning to manage the business through in-season analysis and tactical adjustments.

Facilitate ongoing communication with planning and digital teams as well as vendors.

Requirements

Customer, marketplace and product expert.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical skills and retail math comprehension.

Effective cross-functional communication and presentation skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
