Networking with IT C‑Level Executives (CIO/CTO/CDO/VP IT/IT Director Level)

CRM Tools

Cold Email Campaigns, Cold Calls, LinkedIn Lead Generation, Sales Navigator, B2B Sales Outreach tools

Coachable, Self‑Learned, Mentor, Team Player, Customer Focused

Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling IT Solutions, Software Development Services and IT Staffing Sales as Sr. Business Development/IT Sales Executive for acquiring new direct clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in IT consulting services sales or business development

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel as required

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients

Conduct research and analysis of market trends to identify potential clients

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business growth targets

Collaborate with technical teams to create solutions that meet clients' needs

Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities

Attend networking events and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts

Provide regular updates on sales activities and business development initiatives to senior management
