Account Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and implementation of client communication plans
Manage client relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates
Conduct research and gather information to support client campaigns
Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials
Coordinate media outreach and manage media lists
Monitor media coverage and track campaign results
Assist with event planning and execution
Provide administrative support to the Account Executive, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an account management role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Native English speaker with excellent grammar and spelling skills
