As an Ads Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of solution consultants/engineers to design, build, and scale advertising technology solutions for clients and partners. You will act as a strategic bridge between business and engineering, translating complex advertising needs into scalable, data‑driven solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client‑facing consulting experience to drive impact across the ads ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Ads Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or AdTech environments
Proven people management experience leading technical or client‑facing teams
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (e.g., programmatic, measurement, attribution, APIs)
Expertise in solution architecture, systems integration, and product implementation
Solid project/program management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and systems thinking skills
Excellent communication and client‑facing consulting abilities
Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Ads, DV360, CM360, or similar ad platforms
Background in data analytics, APIs, or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL)
Experience in enterprise SaaS or large‑scale technology environments
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with minimal guidance
