Part-Time Federal Proposal Lead

Hufford Services Group is seeking a part-time proposal writer/developer based in Portland, Oregon. The role requires at least five years of experience in federal and state proposal management, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Communication. Candidates will manage all aspects of proposal development and act as trusted advisors to clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential, and working knowledge of procurement regulations is preferred.
