Our client, a rapidly growing consumer brand in the health and wellness space, is seeking a highly hands‑on Ad Buyer to lead execution and optimization of paid media campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in‑platform, actively building, testing, and scaling campaigns to drive customer acquisition and improve efficiency across a large product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Bing, and retail media platforms (e.g., Instacart, Walmart, Kroger)

Build, restructure, and optimize campaigns across a portfolio of ~200 products

Execute strategies across both DTC and retail media channels

Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies in competitive search environments

Test and optimize creative and targeting approaches to improve performance and reduce CPA

Analyze performance data and continuously refine campaigns to improve ROAS and scalability

Identify new, cost‑effective acquisition strategies to drive growth

Leverage platform tools and AI to enhance campaign performance while maintaining hands‑on control

Collaborate with external vendors on Amazon advertising strategy and marketplace initiatives

Qualifications

4–8+ years of hands‑on paid media experience

Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads

Experience with additional platforms (TikTok, Reddit, Bing, retail media networks)

Exposure to Amazon advertising and marketplace strategy

Background in eCommerce, DTC, CPG, or health/wellness preferred

Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns with meaningful budgets

Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset

Experience managing large product catalogs or SKU sets is a plus

Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a hands‑on role
