Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

About the Role
This role supports the execution and scaling of influencer and creator marketing programs across multiple markets. The Influencer Associate will work hands‑on across the full campaign lifecycle, partnering closely with brand, growth, and regional marketing teams to activate culturally relevant, performance-driven creator campaigns. Success in this role looks like well‑executed campaigns that drive measurable growth while resonating authentically with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of multi‑market influencer marketing campaigns

Source, vet, and coordinate with creators across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others

Manage day‑to‑day influencer operations such as outreach, briefs, timelines, content approvals, and deliverables

Assist with culturally relevant activations, partnerships, giveaways, and branded collaborations

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, CAC, and conversions

Compile post‑campaign reporting and insights to inform optimization and future testing

Collaborate with regional and cross‑functional teams to localize campaigns across markets and languages

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or brand marketing

Hands‑on experience supporting multiple influencer or creator‑led campaigns

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance data and ROI

Understanding of major social platforms and creator ecosystems

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting international or multilingual marketing campaigns

Exposure to sports, entertainment, or culturally driven partnerships and activations

Familiarity with influencer platforms, reporting tools, or creator management software

Background in fintech, mobile apps, or consumer subscription products
