Overview

Iberia Fashion is hiring a Fashion Designer to support our Junior, Young Contemporary, and Missy lines. This is a borderline entry-level role (1+ year experience is enough) and ideal for someone who’s trend-aware, organized, and ready to work hands-on in a fast-paced wholesale environment. Location: On-site (New York City).
What You’ll Do

Assist with designing seasonal collections across multiple categories (tops, dresses, bottoms, denim, sets, etc.)
Create and update design flats and presentation boards
Build mood boards, color stories, and trend research tailored to our customer base
Support sketching, line development, and style detailing (construction, trims, hardware, prints)
Collaborate with tech design and production to ensure styles are executable and production-ready
Use AI tools to speed up trend research, concept iteration, and presentation organization
Help manage the design process: style tracking, revisions, sample comments, and deadlines
What We’re Looking For

1+ year experience in fashion design (internships count if you can show strong work)
Strong Photoshop skills (presentation, flats, print placement, clean-ups)
Working knowledge of technical design basics (garment construction, fit terms, measurements)
Trend-savvy with a strong eye for the Iberia customer (Junior / Young Contemporary / Missy)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on multiple styles at once
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow
Nice to Have

Illustrator experience
Print/graphic experience (placements, repeat basics, logo/typography)
Experience in wholesale/off-price or multi-style, fast-turn production
