Video Production Assistant

Assist Video Director and Video team in execution of Video projects.
Coordinate needs for video shoots in all areas of pre-production development, on set video production, logistics for cast and crew, including arranging meals, hotel accommodations, and transportation of props.
Source set decoration and prop materials for video projects.
Assist in contacting and communicating with staff, volunteers, and casting for video projects.
Manage assigned administrative tasks within ASANA under video department projects workflow.
Support organization of story prompt workflow and submissions to organize potential testimony stories.
Manage on-set operations, overseeing set design, prop placement, and assisting with lighting, audio, and video production.
Film and photograph behind-the-scenes content.
Collaborate with Video Team on pre-production script reading, rehearsal planning, and set preparation.
