As we expand, we are seeking a results-driven SEO Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, improve local search visibility, and drive patient acquisition.

Role Overview
The SEO Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies with a strong emphasis on local search optimization within the healthcare space. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and generate qualified leads across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to healthcare services (PT, OT, CH, ACU)

Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog content for search engines and user experience

Execute and manage local SEO initiatives (Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, reviews, etc.)

Conduct keyword research focused on patient intent and local search trends for each service offering

Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, indexing, structured data, etc.)

Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices

Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and healthcare marketing compliance standards

Manage and grow backlink profile with ethical, white-hat strategies

Track, report, and present performance metrics and ROI

Qualifications

3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in healthcare or local service industries

Strong understanding of local SEO ranking factors and Google Business Profile optimization

Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog)

Solid grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance considerations in digital marketing is a plus

Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making strategic decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience with multi-service or multi-location healthcare practices

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

Experience with paid search (Google Ads) is a plus

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
