Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Digital Advertising Account Manager for an on-site position in New York, NY. In this role, you will manage client accounts, develop and maintain relationships, and ensure the successful planning, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams and regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, present campaign results, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. This role requires proactive problem-solving to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, all while staying informed about the latest trends in digital advertising and real estate marketing.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on digital platforms and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze data, provide strategic insights, and plan comprehensive advertising campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of or experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in using digital advertising tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
