Account Executive, Ads Manager

About the Role
Roku Ads Manager’s Account Executive will lead demand generation and client growth for the self‑serve streaming ad platform.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect large pools of potential advertisers, segment the market, and build addressable lead lists.

Initiate outreach via email, platform messaging, calls, and social media to communicate the platform’s value proposition.

Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile and provide onboarding resources.

Assist new advertisers with account and campaign setup, and recommend best practices.

Nurture relationships with top brands, collaborate on optimization, and gather feedback for product improvement.

Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with other teams to maximize revenue.

Generate and present regular reports on conversion rates and key KPIs.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, growth marketing, or client‑facing roles; bonus experience at ad networks or mobile gaming.

Working knowledge of the digital advertising marketplace, buying models, and technology.

Strong ability to craft personalized outreach and overcome objections.

Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and video demos.

Data‑driven mindset for managing high‑volume accounts and optimizing operations.

Ability to collaborate internally while independently managing a book of business.

Self‑starter with a growth‑hacker attitude toward building a new line of business.

New York residency required.

Salary
Estimated annual salary: $56,000–$85,000.

Compensation & Benefits
Eligibility for incentive compensation, health insurance, equity awards, life and disability insurance, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid work: office Monday–Thursday, flexible Fridays, except for roles that require full‑time presence.
