Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Lead project coordination across internal teams (creative, PR, social, events)
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Support new business efforts, including proposals and presentations
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in an agency or client‑facing marketing role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and execution
Experience in restaurant, retail, or franchise marketing is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and Microsoft 365
