REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The Regional Director of Business Development (RDBD) will accomplish the company’s goals and objectives of census growth, a defined return on investment, an effective business plan, and implementation of programs and philosophy. The RDBD must be strong in planning and control so s/he can manage daily issues without interfering with the ability to anticipate future business trends and plan accordingly.
FUNCTIONS
- Under the direction of the CEO, communicate the appropriate Census and Mix objectives for the year, in conjunction with the budget and the business plan.
- Ensure that the facility has a sales and marketing plan in place that will allow the facility to maximize census and exceed expectations.
- Review the status daily via census report and each month on site, and ensure that goals are established if results are not meeting expectations.
