We are looking for a Radio-Digital Account Executive to join our team to build new business, strengthen client relationships, and help Maui businesses achieve their marketing goals.

Position Summary
The Radio-Digital Account Executive is responsible for generating new business through prospecting and growing existing client relationships through integrated radio and digital marketing solutions. This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to campaign execution and retention.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, client-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping Maui businesses succeed through effective advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an active book of business by building strong client relationships and delivering results

Conduct client needs analysis and present customized marketing solutions that align with business goals

Create and present proposals, including integrated radio and digital campaigns.

Work collaboratively with internal teams (creative, digital, and management) to ensure successful campaign execution

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, insights, and optimization recommendations

Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Accurately track pipeline activity, forecasts, and client information in CRM systems

Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and PMG product offerings

Qualifications

Candidate must be a Hawai’i resident and have means of transportation

2+ years of sales experience (media, advertising, or digital preferred)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions (display, OTT/CTV, streaming audio, social, etc.) is a plus

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

Expected earnings range of $50,000–$100,000+

Guaranteed $4,000/month draw for the first 6 months

Uncapped commission structure thereafter
