UI/UX Analyst

The UX Analyst will be expected to work closely with an Agile web application team and also will be an active member of the Enterprise UX Team.
Responsibilities include:

Web Application Team Support:

Analyze user behavior and translate requirements into interactive wireframes
Create and refine wireframes based on stakeholder and user feedback
Ensure designs align with Enterprise UX standards and contribute to evolving those standards
Validate that intuitive UX designs are accurately implemented through review of developed screens in test environments
Lead user research activities such as usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and interviews
Analyze user feedback and system usage data to identify patterns and recommend UX improvements
Present insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients
Collaborate with application teams to support requirement implementation
Enterprise UX Team Support:

Contribute to UX guidelines through research, documentation, and peer reviews
Provide UX analysis and research support to teams without dedicated UX resources
Required Skills

6+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Background in User Experience, HumanComputer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or related field
Experience with AIenabled design tools (Figma, Claude)
Experience designing interfaces for platforms such as ServiceNow
Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business goals
Proficiency in Axure for wireframing and prototyping
Experience conducting usability testing and translating findings into actionable insights
Knowledge of UX research methods including surveys, interviews, and card sorting
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
Preferred Skills

Strong analytical skills in user behavior and UX best practices
Experience with heuristic evaluations, personas, and journey mapping
Experience developing design systems, style guides, or pattern libraries
Familiarity with US Web Design System (USWDS)
