Audio Visual Specialist

MDC is growing, and we’re looking to add to our

Audio/Visual team

with the following on-site positions:

What You’ll Be Doing

Support and manage AV projects from planning through closeout
Coordinate scheduling, budgets, resources, and site readiness
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Assist with procurement, delivery logistics, and project documentation
Monitor project progress and help keep work on track
Participate in site visits, quality checks, testing, and commissioning
What We’re Looking For

Experience in project engineering, project coordination, project management, construction, AV, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Familiarity with project management platforms is a plus
Team players who take ownership, follow through, and want to grow
