Director of Direct Sales - US WestWage Range: $150,000-$175,000Location: Arvada, CO (On-Site)Summary:The Director is responsible for expanding relationships, growing sales, and achieving strategic initiatives. You will lead efforts to increase market share from direct competitors while improving the organization's focus on customer value and profitability.Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and expand the business while improving the organization in the USADevelop and execute a consultative sales strategy with a clear focus and understanding of the different target groupsDevelop and implement a growth-oriented sales plan aimed at securing increased market share from direct competitors without changing the company's focus on adding customer value for a profitable businessEstablish a strategy aligned with the company's global strategic direction and develop short-term goals and initiatives in line with overall group objectivesFocus on profitability and sales growth for new installationsPrepare presentations and manage customer activities, customer setup, and pricingEnsure all sales efficiency KPI's are metDrive improvement in sales effectiveness through both training on a team level and one on one sales coaching in the fieldWork harmoniously with the marketing team to develop and execute a powerful customer winning strategyDevelop a cooperative partnership with the service organization to provide customers with best-in-class serviceLead efforts with the local management team to continuously improve internal structures and proceduresDevelop and strengthen communication and teamwork within the companyDrive cultural change in a collaborative, positive atmosphere that promotes open communicationOther duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceBA/BS degree in business management or an equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrable successful sales management experienceTrack record of countrywide sales and distribution management within a growth-oriented business unitProven history of delivering consistent profitable growthCar Wash product knowledgeExperience with P&L responsibility for a company or business unitProven ability to work with financial information to understand, communicate, and deliver important resultsExpertise in sales forecasting and planningSolid track record of success in capital equipment sales and consultative sales to senior budgeting and business operationsPrevious exposure to channel sales as part of a system-based sales offering generating revenue from consumable products or servicesFunctional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:High Level of Proficiency in MS Office products and SalesforceExcellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsDynamic “team spirit” personality with an innovative and entrepreneurial leadership styleResults-driven role model who is visibly hands-on and willing to sellProven experience as a sales coachInternational and intercultural work experience is highly desirableExtreme attention to detail and accuracyMust be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgroundsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb and use hands to grip regularly.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Prolonged periods of sitting.Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined.Benefits & PerksHealth & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 24/7 virtual care and mental health support via Teladoc.
