Position Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. You'll assist with strategic sales efforts, conduct market research, and collaborate across teams to execute growth initiatives. This position provides a solid foundation to develop essential skills for a high-impact, client-focused career.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to plan and implement business development strategies

Identify and engage prospective clients and strategic partners

Organize and support client meetings, including presentations and follow-up communications

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities

Assist in developing proposals, pitch decks, and promotional materials

Support lead generation campaigns and ongoing client engagement efforts

Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize business development activities

Qualifications
