Tasks
The ideal

Head of USM-Trade Sales and Business Development

must fulfill the following requirements:

Define, develop and implement the USM sales and business development strategy, based on the global LHT Group Trade strategy and in alignment with all relevant product segments and subsidiary operations and commercial goals
Manage and motivate employees and create spirit within own Trade team
Drive industry co-operations and customer partnerships
Actively engage with Asset owners and USM market players to secure access to USM through consignment and purchasing solutions
Acquire and develop customers, aiming for long-term growth of revenue and profits as well as cash flow for the LHT Group
Build sustainable and long-term relationships with decision makers of customers
* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree desirable
3-5 years of experience in Component USM Business in a managerial position required
Fluency in English language required
German and Spanish language desirable
Knowledge in Aviation MRO / Sales / Accounting / Customer Service / Material Management required
FS Seminars required
MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills, AVSight or Quantum as expert
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent business sense
Excellent cost consciousness
Excellent innovation
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving
Responsible of budget, costs and revenue
Willingness to travel
Manage constant time pressure
Manage high stress levels
Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
