Job Summary

The person in this role will be staging and setting up conference and event spaces, setting up office supplies, and maintaining the professional appearance of common areas. The person may also perform non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial, and minor repair duties. Work orders will be completed via computer and/or PDA, and other light duty tasks may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities
Stage and set up conference and event spaces
Set up office supplies
Maintain professional appearance of common areas
Lift up to 50 lbs
Perform non-technical general building maintenance
Perform light custodial duties
Perform minor repair duties
Complete work orders via computer and/or PDA
Perform other light duty tasks as assigned
Education Requirements

High school diploma
Required Experience

Prior experience preferred, but not required
Required Skills

Attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs

On feet most of the day
