Overview
Under the direction of E-Commerce and Sales leadership, the incumbent will lead the marketing and operational efforts that drive sales revenue on Amazon.com in North America, planning and executing marketing strategy and campaigns that capture and nurture leads targeting new and existing customers, and ultimately drive sales to the Orbit and B‑hyve brands. These programs will be executed in partnership with agency relationships to accelerate our e‑commerce growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Achieve Orbit’s North American e‑commerce sales and revenue performance targets, including revenue, conversion rate, product merchandising, gross profit margin, inventory planning, and EBIT.

Lead initiatives related to product mix, e‑commerce, and shopping experience.

Oversee end‑to‑end creation and execution of Amazon Advertising campaigns: strategy, content, execution, and assets.

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance.

Evaluate and maintain company marketing strategy, including brand definition, and recommend improvements.

Develop, update, and implement quarterly strategic marketing and promotional plans with supporting budgets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In‑depth knowledge of online commerce from discoverability to shopping experience to repurchase strategies and customer retention.

Proficient in online attribution models to track customer shopping relationships.

Expert in Amazon Vendor Central and supporting platforms needed to improve performance.

Ability to define technical requirements for site, platform, and technology projects, and lead direct and third‑party teams through cross‑functional projects.

Capable of identifying key drivers of suboptimal performance and defining efforts and requirements to drive performance improvements.

Capable of designing pages and navigation that are optimal for an e‑commerce experience.

Strong organizational skills: manage projects efficiently and timely.

Ability to work well with limited supervision and in a team environment.

Ability to gather and evaluate information or data against a set of standards.

Ability to observe, measure, and evaluate outcomes against goals, directing development and implementation of solutions.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

Strong e‑commerce skills, including the ability to drive engagement and purchase behavior.

Requirements

Delivers results with little supervision; requires creativity and latitude.

Generally 5‑7 years of experience in related roles.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical and Safety Requirements

Sedentary: may sit comfortably, but occasional walking, standing, bending, carrying light items, and driving an automobile are required.

Everyday risks: typical office setting risks such as safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations.
