$120,000 - $130,000/yr. (DOE)

Shift and Schedule:

Mon. - Fri. (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) hours and days may vary depending on need.

Job Summary:

The Multimedia Sales Manager is a strategic driver and hands‑on leader responsible for growing revenue, expanding the digital footprint, and building a high‑performing sales team that delivers customer‑centric advertising solutions. The role leads and grows the station’s broadcast and digital revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Train and coach the sales team on digital and business development best practices

Recruit, hire, and train digital‑focused multimedia executives

Develop a steady stream of new business across all platforms

Attend CNAs and pitches regularly with multimedia executives

Work with the sales management team to employ a servant‑leadership sales culture that supports accountability and success

Forecast revenue weekly

Qualifications

Proven experience in broadcast and digital sales

In‑depth knowledge of building robust marketing strategies to drive leads, conversions, and revenue for clients

Excellent communication and leadership abilities; comfortable influencing senior leaders and mentoring team members

Previous media sales management experience preferred

Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for pitching to business decision makers

Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities

College degree (Bachelor’s degree required)

Strong leadership skills, including training and developing team members

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Adaptability and willingness to explore new methods and strategies

Experience working in a CRM system

Ability to successfully complete the MVR check
