Live Video Teller / ITM Specialist - onsite location - Birmingham, AL

Duties & Responsibilities:

Teller Functions: Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions to be processed using the ITM machines. Receives deposits, loan payments, disburses withdrawals, processes account transfers, verifies transactions, and resolves discrepancies in a timely manner.

Present and explain Huntington Bank services and products to customers and assist in meeting their financial needs. Answer questions, solve problems, listen, collect data, secure answers, and report results to the inquiring party.

Perform file maintenance tasks such as address changes, unlocking Huntington OLB, and adjusting debit card limits.

Take complete ownership of every interaction, whether it requires a callback or extended research.

Complete compliance, training, and all other training offered to ITM Specialists.

Seek ways to streamline work processes and continuously improve the ITM experience.

Represent Huntington Bank in a positive and professional manner.

Maintain customer and other sensitive information confidentially.

Treat all co‑workers and Huntington Bank customers with respect.

Basic Qualifications:

1 year of cash handling experience

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong customer service background.

Excel in a fast‑paced work environment while maintaining accuracy.

Exceptional time management skills.

Comfortable on camera, maintaining a friendly and professional appearance.

Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to remain calm when difficult situations arise.

Ability to communicate verbally and through video.

Experience communicating via virtual technology (Skype, FaceTime, Video Conference).

Comfortable being evaluated against performance standards.

Willingness to take initiative to achieve team goals and model a good work ethic for others.

Ability to acquire working knowledge of Huntington Bank products and services.

Ability to become a subject matter expert in digital delivery channels and discuss these channels with internal/external customers.

Use good judgment and discretion when handling confidential account information.

Effectively handle fluctuating work demands.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Exempt Status:
