Menu Print Production & Brand Alignment
Position Summary
Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to take primary ownership of menu print production across our portfolio of concepts. This role is the engine behind our physical print program and a key creative partner in how our brands look and feel across every guest touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is a technically proficient production designer who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and brings creative sensibility to brand development, environmental graphics, and special projects.
Core Responsibilities
MENU & PRINT PRODUCTION — PRIMARY FOCUS
Own the full print production workflow under extreme deadlines
Maintain and update all food & beverage menus, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and print-readiness at all times
Communicate with multiple departments for all changes
Develop and steward brand identity across all Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concept entities
Ensure brand consistency across all materials, aligning digital and print expressions of each concept
Design and produce social media graphics, digital advertising, and other digital marketing assets as needed
Support a wide range of special and seasonal projects
Qualifications
REQUIRED
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated strength in print production
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), particularly InDesign for multi-page documents and production workflows
Strong working knowledge of print production standards: bleeds, color modes (CMYK/Pantone), file preflight, and press-ready output
Hands‑on experience operating print equipment and managing finishing
Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects and meet tight, shifting deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
PREFERRED
Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or multi‑brand environments
Ability to produce technical drawings and scale plans for signage and environmental graphics
Experience developing brand identities from concept through execution
Experience designing large‑format graphics (wraps, construction walls, banners)
