Sales Director - TiVo Ads Data

Position Overview

TiVo Ads (a division within Xperi) is looking for a US‑based (remote/hybrid) Sales Director to join our Data sales team. The Sales Director will be responsible for establishing and implementing a strategic go‑to‑market sales plan to drive revenue within the US market for TiVo’s TV viewership data licensing product, which contains viewership data passively captured from set‑top boxes and Smart TVs via ACR technology for content and advertising measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales and revenue goals.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, requiring strong relationship building amongst both client direct and third‑party partnerships.
  • Demonstrate and articulate in‑depth industry knowledge within CTV and Ad Tech, particularly as it relates to current trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide ongoing feedback across key stakeholders (internal and external) to help expedite the achievement of business goals and objectives.
  • Organize internal and external priorities and manage sales pipeline and forecasts.
  • Public speaking at events, conferences and collaborations with industry associations.
  • Work collaboratively and confidently with clients, across internal teams and senior leadership.
  • Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best‑in‑class work across the team and broader organization.

Qualifications

  • Sales superstar, consistently exceeding revenue targets and setting a high bar.
  • Minimum 7 years of client‑facing experience in the advertising technology industry.
  • Startup mentality with a customer‑centric mindset, not afraid of aggressive growth targets.
  • In‑depth understanding of TV/CTV data applications that fuel the digital advertising ecosystem for audience measurement and targeting to optimize advertising investments and other KPIs.
