Job Title: PR & Analyst Relations Coordinator (Multi-Product, Multi-Industry)

Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized PR & Analyst Relations Coordinator to support communications efforts across a diverse portfolio of software products and industry verticals. This role will help drive awareness, credibility, and market positioning by coordinating media outreach, managing analyst engagements, and ensuring consistent messaging across audiences. You’ll work closely with product marketing, campaign managers, and executive team to execute programs that elevate brand visibility and influence buyer perception.

Key Responsibilities
Public Relations Coordination

Support planning and execution of PR campaigns across multiple products and industries

Coordinate press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership placements

Maintain and update media lists by industry, geography, and publication type

Track media coverage and compile regular reports on reach, sentiment, and impact

Analyst Support

Coordinate briefings, inquiries, and product updates with industry analysts (e.g., firms like Gartner and Forrester)

Maintain analyst contact database and engagement calendar

Assist in preparing briefing materials, presentations, and follow-ups

Track analyst reports, mentions, and rankings relevant to company products

Cross Product/Industry Alignment

Ensure consistent messaging across multiple products and vertical markets

Collaborate with product marketing to understand positioning and key differentiators

Adapt messaging for different audiences (technical, business, industry specific)

Content Support

Assist in developing press materials, fact sheets, Q&A documents, and executive bios

Coordinate approvals and ensure messaging accuracy and alignment with brand voice

Support thought leadership initiatives, including contributed articles and speaking opportunities

Program Management & Reporting

Manage timelines, calendars, and deliverables for PR and analyst programs

Monitor KPIs such as media coverage, share of voice, analyst sentiment, and campaign reach

Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

2 to 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or analyst relations

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities across products and industries

Familiarity with media monitoring and PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater)

Comfortable working cross functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B SaaS Software supporting multiple products with different ICPs

Ability to synthesize complex product information into clear messaging

Experience working with global teams or campaigns

Key Metrics for Success

Volume and quality of media coverage

Analyst engagement frequency and sentiment

Share of voice in key markets

Timeliness and accuracy of deliverables
