Internet Gaming Analyst FT

Responsibilities

Works in conjunction with multiple internal & external partners to maintain, track & review account activity and platform processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Adheres to all internal controls and regulatory compliance for online gaming and sports operations and accounting thereof.

Review all online and sports promotions.

Conducts reviews of patron information and transactions for suspicious activity – Title 31.

Reviews platform fraud and risk reports and prepares for manager for review and submit as needed.

Reviews the exclusion and self-exclusion accounts against NJ prohibited players on the online platforms.

Maintains an accurate list of all online approved games.

Maintains an accurate list of all test accounts.

Prepares and submits DGE reporting ($50K Jackpots, KPI & CSKPI)

Reviews new games for release note submission/approval – DGE.

Complies with all Title 26 requirements as they related to W2G and 1099 reporting – Online gaming.

Utilizes technology effectively to accomplish objectives.

Investigates and resolved DGE patron complaints; maintain patron complaint database.

Follows all procedures in compliance with Internal Controls and New Jersey regulations.

Works diligently to support Bally ’ s culture and team philosophy throughout the property.

Maintains confidentiality of all Company trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.

Any additional duties as requested.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level is usually moderate.

Target Salary Range

$23.00 Hourly
