The ideal candidate should possess exceptional guest service skills and have a basic understanding of audio/visual signal flow. This position requires troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to lead technical setups for events. Applicants must be able to obtain required gaming licenses and certifications. The role demands flexibility for nights and weekends.
