We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships and oversee the successful development and execution of large‑scale experiential marketing programs. This role will serve as a strategic partner to clients while guiding internal teams across Creative, Production, and Strategy to deliver impactful brand activations.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on — someone who can manage complex programs, lead cross‑functional teams, and build strong client partnerships while navigating the fast‑paced nature of agency work.
What You’ll Do
Client Leadership
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for key client relationships
Lead client meetings, presentations, and program updates
Manage client reporting, procurement processes, and ongoing communication
Identify opportunities for organic account growth and new business
Program Oversight
Oversee the planning and execution of large‑scale experiential programs and brand activations
Manage complex projects with budgets of $15M+
Lead internal kickoff meetings and align teams on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals
Programs may include elements such as:
20+ brand ambassadors
500+ attendee registration management
Talent sourcing and onsite management
Vendor coordination (catering, rentals, production partners)
Executive communications and onsite leadership
Content capture and post‑event reporting
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor Coordinators, Managers, and Senior Managers
Conduct regular team check‑ins, performance reviews, and career development planning
Foster strong collaboration across Creative, Production, Strategy, and Innovation teams
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events, or agency account management
4+ years managing client relationships and leading large programs
Experience overseeing complex activations and large cross‑functional teams
Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Experience managing and developing team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Additional requirements
Ability to travel up to 50% depending on program needs
Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required by event schedules
