About Platform Distribution & Partnerships:

Platform Distribution and Partnerships is a division of NBCUniversal's media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. A key revenue-generator, the division is comprised of content distribution, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships across NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo and various FAST channels.

The Coordinator, Partner Marketing will support the Partner Marketing team within Platform Distribution & Partnerships, working across two key workstreams: SVOD subscription partnerships and device partner marketing. This role will help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage operational workflows across Peacock’s largest platform distribution and subscription partners. Responsibilities include managing the creative asset lifecycle, coordinating co-marketing campaigns, supporting performance reporting, maintaining partner-facing materials, and assisting with day-to-day partner needs. The coordinator must be extremely organized, an effective communicator, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and is eager to develop a deep understanding of the streaming and subscription landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end creative asset workflow for partner marketing campaigns, including asset development, internal approvals, partner delivery, and tracking of versions and deadlines

Support the execution of co-marketing campaigns across SVOD subscription and enterprise partners, including brief development, cross-functional coordination, and management of timelines, deliverables, and campaign trackers

Maintain and update partner-facing materials and internal documentation, including content decks, pitch presentations, and campaign trackers

Own recurring performance reporting and analysis by organizing data, identifying trends, and delivering clear insights; support ad hoc analyses, campaign recaps, and post-mortems

Coordinate across internal teams to drive partnership initiatives forward, ensuring alignment, surfacing risks, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders

Provide operational and logistical support across the team, including partner visits, cross‑team initiatives, and recurring meetings.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in partnerships, paid media, or partner management

Strong project management skills with experience tracking multiple workstreams and navigating senior-level approvals

Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience translating data into clear insights and presentations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), including building reports and decks from scratch

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Desired Characteristics

Media and Entertainment experience strongly preferred

Experience building and managing workflows in Airtable

A strong understanding of the streaming industry

Experience with co-marketing, partner marketing, or campaign management workflows

Experience brief writing and working with creative project managers

Analytical mindset with comfort pulling and working with data to inform decisions

Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, always changing environment

Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Stays up to date on digital trends, emerging technologies, entertainment streaming platforms, entertainment partnership and competitive marketing.

Additional Requirements
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $52,000 - $60,000.
